Azerbaijan, Baku, 22 August / Trend corr. S.Babayeva / Azerbaijan participated in the 22nd meeting of the Commission on Communication Economy of the Regional Commonwealth in Communication (RCC). Rashad Nabiyev, the head of finance, accounting and economic analysis department of the Azerbaijani Communication and Information Technology Ministry, participated in the meeting held in Minsk on 19 and 20 August, the Ministry said.
The meeting of the Commission examined plans for 2009, including specification of scientific and research work. Exchange of experience was held with respect to development strategy of the RCC member-countries' communication and computerization fields, on the use of contemporary methods of operators' corporate management, on principles to form tariffs on complex service network of new generation, as well as post communication. The meeting also discussed economic and standard legal bases of regulation as rendered communication services on the basis of modern ICT.
