Azerbaijan, Baku, 10 November/ Trend , corr S. Babayeva/ In January to October, public investments in the sphere of communication and information technologies of Azerbaijan amounted to AZN 27.4mln, Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies of Azerbaijan said.
During this period, Aztelekom public union invested AZN 14.9mln, Baku Telefon Rabitesi public union- about AZN 7.9mln, Teleradio public union - AZN 359,000 and Azerpochta public union - AZN 3.6mln.
The Ministry plans to invest nearly AZN 31mln in the sphere of communication in 2008.
