The global financial crisis did not affect the postal money transfers of the state post operator Azerpocht, Head of the Azerbaijani Communications and Information Technology (IT) Ministry Post Sector Novruz Mammadov said on June 4.
"We do not experience any reduction, on the contrary there is growth," Mammadov said.
A total volume of postal money transfers via Azerpocht topped 28 million manats since early 2009.
He said Russia is a key partner of Azerpocht on volume of postal money transfers, followed by Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Belarus.
