The state historical and architectural preserve Icheri Sheher is applying a card system to register entrance and exit of transport conveyances to the territory of Icheri sheher, the preserve said
The system is intended to organize limited entrance of cars to Icheri Sheher. The entrance to Icheri Sheher will be paid from Sep. 1. The entrance is allowed by cards. The identification card contains data about car and its owner.
Car barriers are used to limit entrance and they work under the control of inspectors.
The residents of Icheri sheher and the representatives of the companies functioning in Icheri Sheher can get permanent cards to enter the city. The validity term of cards is one month. The price of the cards is still to be determined. The drivers can also get cards for only use.
The entrance of a motor transport, which does not belong to residents of the Icheri Sheher or representative of companies, is also paid. The charges will be taken for every hour of stay in Icheri Sheher.
