UN office in Azerbaijan has announced a poll to submit a technical task to improve automated information registration system "Act on the status of citizens" and purchase of IT equipment within the second phase of the development project and formation of the state register of Azerbaijani population.
Improving of information system envisages addition of new modules for exchange of information between information system and state register of the population, prevention of possible backdating of registration and data input in the absence of documents confirming the personality, prevention of making possible amendments and additions to the information, integration of the system with the bodies of registration of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, etc.
IT equipment and software are planned to be bought. Participants' bids are received in Azerbaijan's UN office by November 20.
