The Azerbaijani Ministry of Communications and IT has not received appeals from the public about public telephone network failures due to the bad weather conditions, ministry official Mushfig Amirov told Trend .
He added that the ministry has established a working group to prevent failures in telephone lines.
"Problems are being prevented," Amirov said.
