The State Oil Fund of the Azerbaijan Republic is surveying interest in purchasing and installing analytical software to optimize its investment portfolio.
Participants may submit their proposals until 6:00 p.m. on Sept. 27. Bids will be unsealed at 11:00 a.m. on Sept. 28 in the fund's main offices.
