Azerbaijani-Turkish business forum on information and communication technologies has kicked off in Baku today.
The Azerbaijani Deputy Minister of Communications and Information Technologies
Iltimas Mammadov said a meeting of the ICT sector representatives will further deepen relations between the two countries in this field and open new prospects for cooperation.
Turkish side will be represented by about 40 companies engaged in ICT. Azerbaijan will be represented at the forum by 30 companies.
Mammadov said that holding such a forum after the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's decree "On some measures in the sphere of organization of electron services provision by public authorities" will open new opportunities for cooperation in this sphere.
