The Azerbaijani Azerpoct postal operator plans to sign a contract with Uzbek EMS-Falcon to render Express Mail Service.
Representatives of EMS-Falcon are in Azerbaijan to exchange their experiences in providing express mail services.
EMS service was established by the Universal Postal Union (UPU) in 1990.
EMS service is rendered in more than 190 world countries. Azerexpresspost renders this service in Azerbaijan.
