Android operating system (OS) market share decreased by 4.8 percent in Azerbaijan in January 2018, according to Global Stats center.
Android is the most popular operating system in Azerbaijan, which, as of February 1, 2018, ranks first in the country’s OS market with a share of 48.4 percent that is by 13.1 percent more than in January 2017.
According to Global Stats, the market share of Microsoft Windows operating systems rose by almost 6.5 percent in Azerbaijan in the first month of 2018. Microsoft products rank second in the OS market with a share of 36.4 percent.
The share of Windows OS decreased by 8.4 percent in the Azerbaijani market as compared to the indicator of January 2017.
IOS operating system ranks third with a market share of 7.35 percent. The market share of this operating system decreased by five percent in January 2018, and by 29.7 percent as compared to January 2017.
