The Azexport.az portal has established cooperation with postal operators of importer countries, Head of Azexport Zaur Gardashov told Trend.
He said talks are held with the Post of Russia, the postal operator of Ukraine, Ukrposhta, and Turkish transport company MNG Kargo.
“The subject of the negotiations is to get optimal conditions to deliver goods purchased through the portal to customers by Azerbaijani mail.”
Gardashov said the talks also cover wholesale delivery of goods by the Azerbaijani side to the border, after which the goods can be distributed by the postal and transport services of other countries.
“At the initial stage we want to implement this project with three countries,” Gardashov said.
Azexport was created to provide information on goods of Azerbaijani origin and is a platform for their sale in foreign and domestic markets.
