Mobile operators of Uzbekistan have installed a total of up to 1,500 4G base stations to date, the State Inspectorate for Supervision in the Sphere of Communications, Information and Telecommunication Technologies of Uzbekistan published in its data report.
In January-May 2018, mobile operators installed 89 new 4G base stations.
As of June 1, 2018, Uzmobile installed 715 4G base stations, Beeline – 430 base stations, Ucell – 256 base stations and UMS – 103 base stations.
In January-May 2018, Beeline installed 57 new base stations, Uzmobile – 17, UMS – 10 and Ucell – 5.
