Azerizone LLC, Azerbaijan’s IT company, has launched “Virtual call center” service for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the company told Trend.
The service is designed mainly for companies with small staff that need IP telephony service.
The service is based on cloud infrastructure, and services are provided over the Internet. The call center consists of an IP telephony module, interactive voice response (IVR), etc.
By using the service, which the company is already promoting, SMEs will no longer need to purchase additional software and hardware platforms.
A similar service is being promoted by mobile operators, but their solution involves the use of mobile phone numbers. This is while the solution promoted by Azerizone LLC involves the use of fixed line numbers.
