Azexport, the e-commerce portal of Azerbaijan, is going to launch an internal messenger in order to process customer requests faster, head of the portal Zaur Gardashov told Trend on Sept. 6.
The new communications tool will improve the quality of services provided to end users.
"Using the messenger, buyers will be able to contact sellers, learn about products that they want to purchase," Gardashov said.
By the end of 2018 the portal's design is expected to be updated to fully correspond to the "Made in Azerbaijan" concept.
The task of Azexport, which is managed by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, is to provide information about products of Azerbaijani origin and to arrange a profitable platform for their sale in foreign and domestic markets.
