Baku, Azerbaijan, Sept. 13
By Huseyn Veliyev – Trend:
More than 50 science papers of Azerbaijani scientists have been submitted to the International Federation of Automatic Control (IFAC), the IFAC President Frank Allgower told Trend Sept. 13.
Allgower said this figure suggests that Azerbaijan already has its say in this field.
"The science articles of Azerbaijani scientists are mainly dedicated to development of the oil industry. In the future they may contribute to the commercialization of science through establishment of startups. The projects to be implemented in the future will develop consistently. Despite that these projects are at the research level yet, in the future, they will create new opportunities in the use of modern technologies. Discussions and debates on such projects will be conducted these days," said Allgower.
The discussions will be held at the 18th TECIS Conference on Technology, Culture and International Stability, to be held in Baku September 13-15.
The conference is held with the support of IFAC. Scientists from Austria, Germany, Ireland, Greece, the US, Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey, etc. are taking part in the conference.
The main purpose of the conference is to present new research in technology, culture and international stability and to bring together scientists and specialists in order to exchange ideas and experience.
