The Azerbaijani police can begin to use unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), the company engaged in drone manufacturing, AZDynamics, told Trend.
The proposal on the possibility of using drones has been presented to the local police, and this issue is currently under consideration, said the company.
In Azerbaijan, UAVs can be used on the basis of a special permit in accordance with local laws.
Previously, AZDynamics developed special drones designed for use in agriculture. These UAVs are equipped with a special sensor that allows to scan the fields and to choose the optimal flight altitude for uniform spraying of water or fertilizer.
