Russian company may create unified call center for Uzbekistan

The Russian company Grand Call Center held a presentation of its system in the city administration of Tashkent and held negotiations on introduction of a unified call center in the territory of Uzbekistan for all public services, including homeowners' associations and the application system on city administration web portal, Uzbek media reported referring to the press service of the city administration.

It was noted that the call center will process all the information received, classify it and give general analysis.

The Grand Call Center company works all over Russia, cooperates with the government and the Moscow City Administration. In Uzbekistan, the company representatives plan to create about 2,000 jobs through the recruitment of employees.

The proposed project is currently under consideration.
