Facebook resumed operation in Uzbekistan on Oct. 17 after the third major outage within a month, Uzbek media reported.
The residents of Uzbekistan had problems with accessing Facebook accounts for the last time on Oct. 12. For the past five days, Facebook was accessible only through VPN services.
At the same time, problems with YouTube, which has been difficult to access since October 8, still exist.
September 2018 became a serious test for Facebook fans. For the first time, social network became inaccessible in early September and was down for almost a week - on September 4-12.
The second time disruptions in Facebook’s operation occurred on September 17 and the social network was inaccessible until September 27. These have been the greatest problems observed in Uzbekistan with accessing accounts of the social network since its launch.
