Sales of portable computers (laptops, netbooks) in Azerbaijan increased by 6 percent in January-October 2018, the statistical center Global Stats reported on Nov. 3.
In late October, the market share of laptops in Azerbaijan reached 59.2 percent, which is 0.1 percent more compared to the same period of 2017.
A 6.5-percent decrease in desktop computer sales was recorded in Azerbaijan in January-October 2018.
The market share of desktop computers was 38.9 percent as of November 1, which is almost 2 percent less than in the same period of 2017.
The market share of tablets was 2.21 percent.
The market share of tablet computers decreased by 24 percent in January-October 2018 and by almost 31 percent compared to January-October 2017.
