The delegation of State Services Agency of Uzbekistan visited the famous German company for production of professional equipment for digitization of documents Microbox GmbH, Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan said in a statement.
The purpose of the travel was to discuss the prospects of interaction of competent agencies of the two countries in the sphere digitization of the sector of public services, to learn ways of operation of up-to-date scanning devices, as well as to generate proposals for intensification of process of digitization of archive data.
In addition, special attention was paid to consideration of issues of supply of the advanced scanning equipment to Uzbekistan.
Professional solutions offered by Microbox GmbH company are considered one of the best solutions in the world. According to appraisals of the specialists, the equipment is able to perform almost any task on creation of digital archives.
The State Services Agency has introduced the position of archivist in the system of Centers of public services thanks to which it is planned to stop using manual search of archive documents of agencies of Civil Acts Registration Bureau (registry offices).
Furthermore, it is planned to develop a Unified electronic archive of Civil Acts Registration Bureau until January 1, 2022.
