In January 2019, the number of requests from Azerbaijan's state agencies related to computer security increased two times compared to January 2018 and amounted to 349, the Computer Security Emergency Response Team (CERT) of Azerbaijan told Trend on Feb. 6.
In January, 95.1 percent of the total requests received by CERT were reviewed and dealt with. On the basis of the audit of information security, 12 reports were prepared by CERT and sent to the relevant structures.
In 2019, three domains and seven sub-domains were registered in the Azerbaijani segment of the internet, which are usually used by organizations to create unique site names for their departments or services.
