Russia’s multidisciplinary X-Holding IT company will establish a joint venture with Kazakhstan’s CyberSystems and CyberGate companies named ICS Holding Qazaqstan in Kazakhstan, Trend reports with reference to the press office of X-Holding.
This was announced within the framework of the ‘BIG DATA in Kazakhstan: New horizons’ conference held in Nur-Sultan on November 28, 2019.
Within the framework of the event, X-Holding also signed two memorandums on cooperation and joint activities with Kazakhstan’s Kazakhtelecom group of companies and Zerde National Infocommunication Holding.
Within the framework of the signed agreements, parties are to establish strategic relations and combine their expertise of processing, storing, structuring and analyzing Big Data in order to develop Kazakhstan’s digital economy. There are plans that joint work will promote digital transformation of public and banking sectors of the country, and major ventures, increase safety of citizens and will support development of IT talents in Kazakhstan.
According to CEO of ICS Holding Qazaqstan Daniyar Toychibekov, the main target of the central office of ICS Holding Qazaqstan will be development and localization of the holding’s products, creation of center of competences in Kazakhstan, as well as branches network in main industrial centers of Kazakhstan.
“We also plan to open office in Almaty on 1H2020. The possibility to open a representative office in Atyrau is being discussed now,” Toychibekov said.
