Smartphones and mobile phones of Samsung brand retained leadership in popularity in Azerbaijan as of March 2020, Trend reports referring to the StatCounter’s Global Stats report on April 3.
In March 2020, the specific share of Samsung mobile devices in the country amounted to 49.9 percent, a decrease of 2.13 percent compared to February this year.
The mobile devices of Chinese Xiaomi company ranked 2-nd with market share of 23.12 percent in March 2020, an increase of 1.52 percent compared to the previous month.
The share of Apple, the third most popular smartphone brand in Azerbaijan, increased by 2.11 percentage points, amounting to 14.8 percent. Devices of this brand entered top 3 brands for sales in Azerbaijan for February.
The remaining mobile devices are: Huawei - 4.62 percent, LG – 1.11 percent, Nokia – 0.68, Lenovo – 0.74 percent, HTC - 0.59 percent, Sony - 0.54 percent and others.
