Azerbaijani AzStateNet network sees decrease in number of blocked "intruders"

The number of blocked "intruders" in the AzStateNet network amounted to 6,228 in March 2021, which is 12.5 percent less compared to February 2021, Trend reports citing a report of the Computer Incident Response Team (CERT) under the State Agency for Special Communications and Information Security of the Special State Security Service of Azerbaijan.

The number of "intruders" blocked (based on URLs) settled at 2,197, the centralized anti-virus system (CAS) - about 2,037, and the so-called sandbox (a specially isolated environment for the safe execution of computer programs) – 1,994, the report said.

In 2020, the number of blocked "intruders" based on URL addresses in the Azerbaijani AzStateNet network amounted to more than 27,852, the CAS - about 30,860, by sandbox - about 20,202.

In 2019, the number of blocked 'pests' based on URL addresses in the AzStateNet network, amounted to over 40,000, the CAS - about 28,371, and the sandbox of CAS - about 700.
