Azerbaijan, Hungary agree to cooperate in developing e-government

The State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan (ASAN Service) and the Hungarian Foreign Ministry will expand cooperation in the field of e-government development, Azerbaijan’s Center for Development of Electronic Government told Trend on Apr.23.

According to the center, such agreement has been achieved between the sides during an online meeting.

Representatives of the ministry spoke in detail about the strategic and legal bases of managing an e-government and a state data center, and also shared their experience of digitalization of municipalities.

In turn, representatives of the ASAN service and the center informed their counterparts about the work done in the field of electronic government.

They noted that the electronic information exchange system operates in the G2G (government-to-government), G2C (government-to-citizen) and G2B (government-to-business) formats.

Besides, the Azerbaijani party largely dwelled on unified system of access to the ASAN Login state portal, based on artificial intelligence solutions, and informed that myGov e-government portal provided a transition from reactive to proactive services.

The Hungarian representatives were also provided with extensive information about the ASAN payment, ASAN Finance and ASAN Visa projects.
