By Sadraddin Aghjayev - Trend:
Azerbaijan's Nar mobile communication company focuses on supply and interaction with customers, CEO of Nar Gunnar Pahnke told Trend.
“The company strives to maintain its leading position in the market, being a mobile communication operator that understands the needs of customers very well and makes its proposals taking into account these needs,” Pahnke added.
“We clearly understood that there is a segment of customers who require unlimited tariff,” CEO of Nar said. “However, we must consider the nature of mobile communication networks, which are different from fixed communication networks.”
“All clients of mobile communication use network bandwidth in a certain coverage area, while in a fixed communication network, clients use separate lines,” Pahnke said.
“Therefore, when implementing the unlimited offer, we must think over that the data transfer rates of most customers not to be affected by several "active" users of the unlimited tariff,” CEO of Nar said.
“We can ensure this at night, when most customers use fixed-line network at home and there is sufficient capacity on the mobile communication network,” Pahnke said. “Thus, this gave us the ability to provide an unlimited number of offers for those customers who are not in the zone of coverage of the fixed communication network at night."
The CEO stressed that the company offers its customers such packages as Full, where it is possible to exchange the remaining minutes for megabytes and vice versa.
“Many subscribers are looking for flexibility in using data or voice services,” Pahnke said. “They value our proposals very much and we are still the only ones in the market who have this opportunity.”
“Moreover, customers benefit from our ambition to become a mobile communication provider in the country who understands the needs of different customers very well," the CEO added.
