Azerbaijan and Russia are creating a new level of interaction and implementation of specific projects, the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media told Trend on June 30.
“An agreement on cooperation in the field of communications and information technologies was signed between the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media and the Azerbaijani Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies within the meeting of the heads of government of Russia and Azerbaijan on May 20, 2021,” the ministry said.
"The agreement envisages the exchange of experience in the field of digital development, latest technologies, network security, training of highly qualified specialists," the ministry said.
"We think that the agreement will serve as an additional impetus for the development of our cooperation in the field of information and communication technologies, will become the starting point for reaching a new level of interaction and implementation of specific projects," the ministry said.
