The number of registered users of the myGov portal of the Azerbaijan Electronic Government Development Center has grown by 420,000 persons or 160 percent since the beginning of the year, the center told Trend on Oct.6.
According to the center, the number of registered users of the portal as of early October exceeded 700,000.
Currently, the portal provides access to 710 digital services. Besides, a solution that automatically sends out 18 types of services (warning about the expiration of a document, its replacement, and other services) and enables citizens to avoid unpleasant incidents, was integrated into the portal.
In 2020, the number of users recorded in the myGov portal increased tenfold compared to 2019, equaling 433,000.
Besides, last year, the number of appeals to the portal grew by 15 times and amounted to 11.5 million. More than 3.2 million notifications were sent to citizens through the myGov portal over the year.
