Private channels in Azerbaijan are interested in broadcasting by means of the new station in Agsu. To this end, the structures apply to the Production Unit (PU) Teleradio in this respect, the information center of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies (MCIT) told Trend.
MCIT noted, the accord has been reached lately between the PU management and the Azad Azerbaycan TV-Radio company during the talks held, at the result of which the channel’s programes will be broadcast through the TV tower in Agsu not only in Baku, as it was earlier, but also for 40% of the country’s area.
В"All technical issues are solved for the launch of the channel’s programs broadcasting scheduled in the current September”, MCIT stated.
Along with the mentioned TV channel, AzTV and PTV, the Turkish Samanyolu holds also negotiations with PU for getting the opportunity to broadcast their programs by means of the station in Agsu.
В"Besides TV channels, the country’s mobile communication operators plan to install their sensors at the station”, the Ministry underlined.
