The third mobile communication operator in Azerbaijan will be announced till the end of 2005, the Minister of Communications and Information Technologies (MCIT) said, Trend reports.
According to him, for the moment some companies carry out works on studying the information-communication market of Azerbaijan.
В"There are proposals from such countries, as the United Kingdom, Germany and in Azerbaijan”, the Minister stressed.
Among the companies, displaying interest to work in the Azerbaijan’s IT market is the German Siemens.
For the moment the mobile communications are officially performed by Azercell and Bakcell Joint Ventures.
