“The Azerbaijani Communications and Information Technologies Ministry considers the proposals of the two companies on license issue for mobile communications,” Ali Abbasov, the Communications Minister, told Trend.
According to Abbasov, applicants are newly-established Azerphone, the operator of GSM, and Catel, the operator of CDMA.
“We will try to solve the issue till late 2005,” the Minister underlined.
