An intergovernmental agreement on simplification of money transfer procedures for physical entities will be signed between Russia and Azerbaijan in 2006. The Ministry of Communications and Technologies told Trend Ministry has done all necessary work and a draft agreement was presented to Russia for consideration.
The Ministry said that the signing of the document was scheduled for 2006, as it was announced a Year of Russia in Azerbaijan.
