Vladimir Chaikovski will be general manager of the Baku representative office of the Microsoft corporation, the head of AZEL (Azerbaijan Electronics) Igor Yakovenko told Trend. Earlier Chaikovski headed the Microsoft office in Ukraine.
According to Yakovenko, the Microsoft Baku office official opening will take place in Baku on 28 February.
The Microsoft CIS countries general manager Sergius Viza will take part in the opening ceremony.
It will be the first Microsoft office in Trans-Caucasus. Microsoft has now offices in Kazakhstan, Russia and Ukraine.
