The Institute of Information Technologies (IIT) of National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan realized works for Baku Metro. The works started in April included computerization of central dispatching office of Baku Metro, Trend reports with reference to IIT.
At the moment, the works have been completed and in accordance with the signed contract, the system has already been put into exploitation, the same source told.
The Institute of Information Technologies has been established on May 21, 2002. Its activity direction is to computerize several spheres on base of new technologies, create intellectual computer sets and systems and ensure information security.
