The International Organization for Scientific Parks (IOSP) is ready to assist Azerbaijan in the project of creating a special economical zone for the development of the high technologies, the IOSP Director General Luis Sans told on October 3 in the opening ceremony of the International Exhibition BakuTel-2006, Trend reports.
According to him, the new global world has its demands. Today the creation of small and medium enterprises (SME) assumes a great importance in the developing countries. Exactly the technical parks are of great significance for the development of SME, he said.
He emphasized that the important fact is the human resources that intends to train high-qualified specialists in the IT sphere. The technical parts have an positive impact on the economy of the country, taking into consideration the opportunities of attracting foreign investments, he underlined.
