Azercell Telecom JSC is ready to commence introduction of the services of the communication of the third generation (3G) in Azerbaijan, Kamilla Isayeva, Chief of the department of Corporative Relations and Social Responsibility of Azercell Company told today, Trend reports. The Company has already sent a request on receiving a license from the Telecommunication and IT Ministry.
As soon as the corresponding permission (license) is received, the Company will commence works, she underlined.
The main advantages of 3G technology is perfect quality of communication and mobile services. The high-speed of the technology will make such services like video call, video message, exchange of pictures, loading of music and video files, plays, mobile TV, etc. real.
3G encompass the technologies of wireless access, land-bases cellular and satellite communication. The conception of the 3G systems is aimed at creation of conditions to present multimedia services, including the high-speed transmission of information, video and speech, facsimile messages, and data to any subscriber by means of a mobile terminal of a unified number.
