The appearance of a third mobile operator, Azerfon JV, does not concern Azercell Telecom, who is always open to competition, the General Manager of Azercell Telecom Halim Ates stated, Trend reports.
According to him, the Company has been successful in its strategy. The 1,000th radio base station has been installed and the number of subscribers has exceeded 2 mln. he said.
We will continue to maintain strategies for future activities. Competition always encourages the service quality in the market to increase. We are prepared to acknowledge this competition and await the appearance of the new mobile operator in the market, the Company Head stressed.
