An international scientific conference Problems of Cybernetics and Information Sciences' will be held in Baku from 25 - 26 October under the co-chairmanship of the Azerbaijani Minister for Communications & Information Technology, Ali Abbasov, and the President of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS), Mahmud Karimov, Trend reports.
Organized by the Institute of Cybernetics of the ANAS, the Ministry of Communications & Information Technology, the Ministry of Education and the International Center of Theoretical Physics, Abdus Salam, will bring together specialists from 15 countries.
The Forum will include papers on diagnosis of offshore oil platform with use of multi-spectral method and information technology of vibration monitoring, restricted mass of elementary parts, new solution for black gaps with axled symmetry in Einstein-Young-Mills theory, mathematic model of frictional heating of part in dynamic training, etc.
Previously the conference was delayed due to the international exhibition and conference BakuTel 2006.
