The Head of Sinam Company, Elchin Aliyev, said on February 15th 2007 that during the meeting with the Azerbaijan Minister of Communications and Information Technologies that a US-Azerbaijan business-forum on IT will take place in the USA, Trend reports.
The event is planned to be held at the end of February and beginning of March in Los Angles. The business-forum will bring together the representatives of IT companies, NGOs and State communication bodies.
Organized by the US-Azerbaijan Trade Chamber and Embassy of Azerbaijan in the USA, a business-forum on IT had been held in the summer of 2006 during the visit of the delegation of the Azerbaijan Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies to the USA. The delegation of Azerbaijan includes the representatives of the Communications Ministry, Heads of companies Sinam, Ultra, AZEL, IT Institute of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and representatives of HP, Cisco and Microsoft.
