Such probably won't be the case with this slick puppy. The Toshiba Qosmio F40W notebook boasts "3 speaker systems with new bus reflex type sub woofer." In short, this means that it pounds pretty hard, making it great for video watching and gaming on the go.
But wait, there's more. Toshiba claims that this 15.4-inch widescreen laptop "delivers approximately 72% high color purity and high brightness of 490cd/m2." You won't be disappointed with the eye candy, because the Qosmio has got a NVIDIA GeForce 8400M card running the show. And yes, the included remote will work just fine with the integrated terrestrial digital broadcast digital TV tuner.
No word on pricing or availability, but I can't imagine this going for cheap.
