Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. S.Babayeva / The Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers has injected changes to the conditions for special permission (licenses) on offering services of communication, namely telephone, mobile and wireless, as well as organizations of telecommunication canals within the country, IP telephony (internet-telephony), transfer of data and speed post.
To receive a licence, the following is necessary -
- obtain a copy of a certificate corresponding to telecommunication measures and settings used for licenses;
- technical conditions of special equipment to receive information from telecommunication and other communication services should be agreed with the National Security Ministry;
-opinion of State Commission on radio frequency in case of use of radio frequency and means of radio communication;
- information on the structure of communication and net, on the basis of which the service will be formed;
- a copy of a document, approving the right to use necessary telecommunication services and setting by applicants;
- a copy of a document, approving approximately 5 years' work experience in the sphere of international canals organization and 3 years in IP-telephony sphere.
