Starting with the LifeBook T2010, you get a bidirectional swivel hinge that will rotate the 12.1-inch display to your liking. Prop it up to get a notebook-like experience or swivel it around and make use of the touchscreen like a Tablet PC. The 1280x800 pixel backlit display has been "optimized for both indoor and outdoor use." Weighing in at 3.5 pounds, the LifeBook T2010 comes with an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 1GB to 4GB of RAM, a shock-mounted and two-level password-protected hard drive (60GB to 160GB HDD or a 32GB SSD), 802.11a/b/g/n WiFi, and a 3-in-1 memory card slot. Designed to replace the ubiquitous BlackBerry, the U810 mini-UMPC is powered by an Intel A110 processor and is equipped with 1GB RAM, 40GB HDD, VGA webcam, SD card reader, illuminated keyboard, Bluetooth, 802.11a/b/g WiFi, fingerprint sensor, TPM, and a 5.6-inch Crystal View WSVGA display. It gets the same OS options as the T2010 with prices starting at $999. Available September 18th.
