Minimum acceptable point of quality is 60. Tenderers may receive the quality evaluation documents with tender documents in person at the following address by paying 510,000 rials ($12) to SIBA account 2174652205004 at Bank Melli Iran to NIDC and providing the deposit receipt until June 24, 2018, in order to receive the tender documents:
A) Hall No. 316, 3rd floor, Foreign Procurement Dept. (drilling projects), NIDC, Airport Sq., Ahwaz, Iran.
B) Jomhouri street, Yaghma Alley, NIOC 8th building, floor No. 04, Room No. 428 , Tehran, Iran.
Tenderers should submit the completed tender documents, including qualification worksheets in a CD and as printed documents no later than July 15, 2018 to: Hall No. 107, 1st floor, Tender Committee, Operations Building, NIDC, Airport Sq., Ahwaz, Iran.
