Uzbekistan’s State Committee on Land Resources, Geodesy, Cartography and State Cadastre has announced a tender for rendering consulting services on institutional and financial assessment, strategic and business planning of the state committee and subordinate organizations.
Minimum qualification requirements for the consultant:
- at least 10-year-experience in similar projects, in public sector management and institutional development, including the introduction of advanced and innovative management methods;
- proven abilities and achievements in the development of a wide range of analytical products;
- practical skills in development of the potential of stakeholders;
- experience in close interaction with state agencies and institutions.
The duration of the contract for consulting services is 6 months.
