Turkey's Health Ministry has announced an open tender to purchase two sets of surgical instruments for Sultan Abdulhamid Han research hospital in Istanbul.
Both local and foreign companies can participate in the tender.
The tender will be held at 10:00 (GMT +3) on Jan. 30, 2019.
