Oil and Gas Construction Trust of Azerbaijan's State Oil Company SOCAR has announced a tender to purchase steel pipes.
The tender participation fee is 590 manats.
Those willing to participate in the tender must submit applications before 17:30 on Feb. 28, 2019, and tender offers until 10:30 on March 7, 2019.
Opening of tender packages will be held at 11:00 on March 7.
