Uz-Kor Gas Chemical, Uzbek-Korean JV has announced a tender for the purchase of the necessary control valves in 2 lots.
The quotation should be submitted until 17:00 pm (GMT +5) on June 4th, 2019.
Terms of delivery: DAP UGH, Akchalak, Kungradsky district / Uzbekistan.
Delivery: within 90 days after signing of the contract.
Payment Terms: 100 percent after delivery.
The following potential suppliers are not allowed to participate in the competitive selection:
- Suppliers being at the stage of reorganization (merger, accession, division, separation and transformation), liquidation or bankruptcy (submit a certificate from the tax inspectorate and the bank);
- Suppliers established less than 6 months prior to the announcement of the tender (submit notarized copies of the articles of incorporation of the enterprise and the articles of association of the enterprise);
- Suppliers registered in the states or territories that provide preferential tax treatment and/or do not provide for the disclosure and provision of information when conducting financial transactions (offshore zones), or have accounts in banks located in offshore zones under the laws of Uzbekistan.
The company must submit a tender offer in English and Russian.
