Turkey's Ministry of Environment and Urban Development has announced an open tender for the construction of 353 real estate properties, as well as a reservoir and rainwater drainage system in Istanbul.
Both local and foreign companies can participate in the tender.
The tender will be held at 11:00 (GMT +3) on Dec. 25, 2019.
