Uz-Kor Gas Chemical, Uzbek-Korean joint venture, has announced a tender for procurement of outdoor LED panels.
The quotation should be submitted by 1:00 pm (GMT +5) on Mar. 17, 2020.
The Competitive selection is open to legal entities, registered in the state bodies at their location and having a bank account.
The potential suppliers will be disqualified from participation in competitive selection:
- Suppliers being at the stage of reorganization (merger, accession, division, separation and transformation), liquidation or bankruptcy (submit a certificate from the tax inspectorate and the bank);
- Suppliers who did not provide all the necessary documents for the competitive selection within the established period;
- Suppliers who did not properly fulfill the commitments under previously concluded contracts;
- Suppliers being in a state of litigation with the customer.
Due to the urgency of the order, potential supplier shall be registered in Uzbekistan and must have right for commercial activity in the territory of Uzbekistan.
