The Innovation Agency under the Azerbaijani Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies has announced the tender to purchase an SMS package with 15 million messages.
The tender will be held on one lot.
The tender participation fee is 300 manat ($176).
Those wishing to take part in the tender must send the necessary documents till 12:00 (GMT+4) July 14, 2021 while proposals - till 17:00 (GMT+4) July 26, 2021.
The tender packages will be opened on July 27, 2021, at 12:00 (GMT+4).
